The carcass is made out of powder-coated MDF panels in a mitre joint. The top panel is recessed, offering a multifunctional use for office supplies, a cup of coffee, magazines or a cushion, allowing the pedestal to function as an additional seating element. The top panel can be finished in various melamine or veneer finishes to match the colour and/or material of the table. The upper drawer of the pedestals always has a red inside drawer. The box file drawer can be used for hanging files, but also for binders or for personal items such as a handbag. The pedestal can be equipped with a central locking mechanism. The lock always has a red rose on the front.
